Postoje mnogobrojni razlozi zbog kojih bi netko prestao raditi stvari koje voli. Neki to naprave jer su bezvoljni i tu\u017eni, drugi zbog toga \u0161to im se \u017eivotni koncept promijenio, tre\u0107i jer vi\u0161e nemaju dru\u0161tvo za te aktivnosti. Ali kada prestanu raditi stvari u kojima u\u017eivaju samo pogor\u0161avaju stanje, te gube jo\u0161 vi\u0161e energije i osje\u0107aju se jo\u0161 tu\u017enije. Stoga kako bi zaustavili negativnu spiralu, treba se trgnuti i prisiliti na aktivnosti koje ste nekad voljeli, \u010dak i ako na po\u010detku ne\u0107ete u\u017eivati u njima kao nekad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ali kako?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poku\u0161ajte smisliti 10 razli\u010ditih aktivnosti u kojima biste u\u017eivali. Nemojte tra\u017eiti komplicirane stvari, nego u popis uklju\u010dite aktivnosti koje su jednostavne, lako se izvode i ne ko\u0161taju puno novaca, te koje mo\u017eete raditi sami, bez dru\u0161tva. Zapi\u0161ite te aktivnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kroz sljede\u0107i tjedan poku\u0161ajte svaki dan izvoditi neke od tih aktivnosti.
